"The sets were seriously creepy and..."
The sets were seriously creepy and really well done, like way more realistic than I expected. I just wish we hadn’t had to wait so long before getting in because that part got frustrating

"Pretty clean and well kept overall"
I went to Nightmare New England with a few friends, one of the first things I noticed was how clean the place seemed. Even with a decent crowd moving around, the bathrooms, lines, and food area were all surprisingly tidy.
I kind of expected it to be a little messy because of the outdoor setup and all the people, but it really wasn’t bad at all. The staff seemed to be keeping up with trash and just generally taking care of things, which definitely made the night more enjoyable...

"Really nice staff all night"
The staff were super friendly all night, which I really appreciated. The lines did get kinda long at times, but it wasn’t too bad overall.

"Got through the line quicker than I thought"
I expected to be waiting a while, but the line moved way faster than I figured it would. I’d asked support beforehand and they basically said, “It usually goes quick,” and they weren’t wrong. I barely had time to get settled before I was already getting in.

"Good scare level for older kids and adults"
Went with my 14 yr old and a few of their friends, and it was a good fit for that age. Scary enough that they were jumping and laughing the whole time, but not like, super gross or way over the top.

I’d say this is more for teens and adults, prob not little kids. Staff was nice, everything moved easy, and we all had a good time.

"I went in thinking the movie would be..."
I went in thinking the movie would be fun, but the special effects caught me off guard. There were a few scenes where I actually leaned forward because everything looked so real, like I was right there in the middle of it. By the time it was over, I was still thinking about how cool it all looked. Loved it

"Gets the job done, but there’s room to smooth things out"
I was able to find what I needed in the end, so the site definitely works. That said, a few pages were kind of a chore to read on my phone, and it felt like the accessibility side could use a little more attention. Nothing deal-breaking, but it could be a much easier experience.

"Felt overpriced and hard to trust again"
I was disappointed. The tickets were way too expensive for what we actually got. We spent more time waiting in long lines than going through the haunt, and the experience itself felt over really fast. I left feeling like I’d been talked into something that didn’t live up to the hype, which makes it hard for me to trust paying that much next time. I wouldn’t go again unless the price dropped a lot

I went in hoping for a creepy atmosphere, but it really felt boring most of the time. Nothing about it was scary enough to keep me on edge.

"So many haunts to check out"
There were so many different scares all in one place, and honestly... I didn’t get bored for a second. Like, every haunt had something new going on, so it kept things really fun the whole time.

"Actually scared me more than I expected"
I went with a couple of friends thinking I’d handle it just fine, but I was definitely wrong. It was a lot scarier than I expected, with plenty of jump scares and those creepy moments where you know something is about to happen and still panic anyway.

The actors were really good and stayed in character the whole time. They got close too, which made everything feel even more intense in a fun way.

I probably yelled about five times and then laughed right after. Overall, it was a really fun night and I’d give it 5 stars.

I went last weekend and the actors were probably the best part. They stayed in character pretty much the whole time and definitely got us a few times. Some of the scares felt kind of personal, but not in a weird or too much way. You can tell they put a lot of effort into it. Overall, just a really fun night.

I wasn’t totally sure about paying extra for the VIP pass at first, but it ended up being worth it. Skipping the lines made the whole experience way easier, and I’m sure I’d do it again...

"Felt like I walked into a horror story"
The sets were super cool and the whole story pulled me in way more than I expected. I felt like I was wandering through a nightmare the entire night, in the best way. It wasnt just scary, it was really immersive and fun.

I bought my tickets online the whole thing felt painless. The site didn’t lag or act weird, checkout was quick, and the confirmation email showed up right away. For something that can sometimes be annoying, this was surprisingly easy.

"Food was alright, drinks were kinda limited"
Went to Nightmare New England with some friends and we grabbed food before heading in. It was okay, nothing crazy, just kind of your regular event food. Fries were decent, but yeah, the prices felt a little much for what it was.

The drink choices were limited too. Mostly the usual basic stuff, nothing that really jumped out or anything. Lines were moving fine at first, but once it got busier they definitely slowed down.

Overall it wasn’t bad, just not really something I’d come for on its own. The haunt is the whole point anyway, and the food and drinks were just kinda there.

"I’ll admit, I kind of judged the situation..."
I’ll admit, I kind of judged the situation the second I saw how packed it was and thought, yep, this is going to be a disaster. But they handled the crowd really well. The lines moved faster than I expected, and the staff kept everyone spaced out and moving without acting annoyed about it.

There were definitely a ton of people around, but it never crossed into full chaos. Parking and entry were easy to figure out too, which helped a lot. Ended up being way less stressful than my first impression had me thinking.

"Felt comfortable all night"
The security team was easy to find, and the lines moved along without much hassle. With a big crowd, you just want things to feel organized and safe, and that was definitely the case. I had no problem walking around and felt comfortable the whole night. Overall, they did a solid job.
